Performance management aims to ensure that team members are working at their best and contributing effectively to the achievement of company goals and objectives. It involves measuring, monitoring, supporting, and improving individual and organizational performance.
As a Trio leader, you play a critical role in creating a culture of performance excellence, providing guidance, support, and feedback to help Trioneer's succeed, and ensuring that the organization's goals are met through effective performance management.
Both impact one another, but there are specificities in both. 🔍

The alignment of roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations is a critical aspect of performance management in an organization. It refers to ensuring that each individual’s job role and responsibilities are clear and well-defined for both direct manager and team member, as well as closely aligned with the performance expectations set by Trio.
Performance tracking is the process of monitoring and evaluating an individual's or a team's performance over time to assess progress, identify areas of strength, and pinpoint areas that require improvement and optimize results. It involves measuring key performance metrics, but not only that, it also encompasses maintaining regular 1:1 meetings between the direct leader and team members to discuss performance and provide feedback.
At Trio, we value the proximity between direct leader and team member. We believe that constructive feedback and coaching are the key to supporting team members in their performances towards reaching goals. One of Trio leaders’ main responsibilities is to provide assertive feedback and coach individuals to reach their objectives.

The performance review cycle plays a pivotal role in systematizing the performance management at Trio. This process represents periodic formal evaluations conducted by the company to assess the team member's performance against the established goals and standards.
Even though we believe that this is an on going process, that happens throughout the year, it’s important to have a systematized and structured framework to support the leadership on those evaluations.
