Frequency

The best frequency to offer feedback is whenever something happens. Feedback is a daily exercise. Don't wait for the "right moment".

But to create a culture of feedback we suggest at least one 1:1 focused on feedback per month.

Before the conversation

  1. Let them know you will schedule a meeting for feedback.
  2. Set up a date and time in the calendar. Make it a commitment.
  3. One hour it's good practice.
  4. Just you two. No one else.
  5. Make sure you write on all the bullet points you want to approach, giving examples.
