The best frequency to offer feedback is whenever something happens. Feedback is a daily exercise. Don't wait for the "right moment".
But to create a culture of feedback we suggest at least one 1:1 focused on feedback per month.
Here are some tips for you, the manager, to build the best feedback possible.
