Eligibility

Our Paid Time Off (PTO) is exclusively for our active independent contractors, in line with our agreement terms.

Renewal

Each year you're with us, your PTO gets refreshed in sync with your Trio anniversary. It's our way of acknowledging your dedication and making sure you know we appreciate you. Here's to another great year together!

Types of Paid Time Off

🌴 Personal Time Off

Life doesn't always stick to a plan, so we've got you covered with Personal Time Off. Whether you're tackling unexpected events or just need some downtime, we support you in taking the time you need to keep that work-life balance healthy.

• Quantity: For every one (1) year completed of uninterrupted service at Trio, full-time independent contractors are entitled to a maximum of one hundred eighty-four (184) hours or twenty-three (23) business days of paid Personal Time Off. For part-time independent contractors, this entitlement is halved, amounting to one ninety-two (92) hours, or twelve (12) business days of paid Personal Time Off.
