When we started Trio back in 2017, we had no idea we’d be in the staff augmentation space, and it certainly isn’t the end of the road for us. We just wanted to help companies build great software with teams from our home country, and we had a revolutionary product to do this! But we were missing something—perspective.
Trio in its current form was born out of the desire to create an amazing end-to-end experience for scaling and managing software engineering teams the right way. Over the years, we gained that perspective and became experts in talent acquisition and software engineering management.
