The Hiring Process starts from the moment we have a position coming from a client. In that sense we understand their needs to build the Job Description of the position so then we can start looking for suitable candidates.
Breakdown of each phase:
This initial phase involves identifying potential candidates from various sources such as sourcing, job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms.
1.1. Interaction with the Candidate (First Contact): Communicate with the candidate to keep their interest in the role. This typically includes sending them relevant information about the company and the position.
1.2. Adding Candidates to Zion: All the candidates, regardless of the source they come from must be added to Zion, the main ATS used.
Check English proficiency.
2.2. Interaction with the Candidate (Continuous Engagement): Maintain ongoing communication by sending additional information, answering questions, providing feedback, and outlining the next steps in the process.
Conduct a more detailed review of the candidate’s skills and experience, typically through a resume review and initial interviews.
3.3. Interaction with the Candidate (In-depth Engagement): Engage more deeply by responding to queries, providing feedback, requesting a resume (if not already done), and clarifying subsequent stages of the hiring process.
Candidates are given a technical test or task that assesses their technical skills and ability to handle job-specific challenges.
Candidates meet with future team members. This helps assess not just technical skills, but also cultural fit. Additionally, it allows both parties to gauge potential working relationships.
