Your feedback on the performance of our Engineers is very important to us!

If an engineer isn’t performing well, you may contact your Trio partner manager regarding the details of your engineer’s work quality. We will investigate the situation in order to understand and address any open issues.

Here are some of the reasons that you might wish to submit feedback. Please note that this list is not exhaustive:

• The engineer is not delivering (i.e. unfinished and/or poor-quality work)
• The engineer is not managing his/her time properly
• The engineer is unresponsive and/or unavailable when you need them within work hours
• The engineer is consistently missing deadlines
• The engineer is not communicating effectively and managing expectations well
• The engineer is disrespectful to other members of your team
• The engineer is not adhering to your security policies
• The engineer is not adhering to your development process
