Trio engineers are located all across Latin America, primarily in Brazil.
In Brazil, most engineers operate in GMT-3. Which is currently 1 hour ahead of ET and 4 hours ahead of PST.

During Partner Onboarding, we gather detailed information about your organization, teams, and individual resource needs in order to better evaluate and handpick talent that is just right for you.
We stand by our evaluations. If you are not satisfied with an engineer after we’ve placed them, we will replace them at no extra cost.
Trioneers that are on the bench are available at the start of the week after signing an agreement. Engineers that are sourced and hired will be able to start as soon as their notice period to their previous employer is up. We try to be as flexible as possible with Partners looking to start on specific dates.
Depending on the tech stack, Trio can offer new handpicked profiles within 1-4 weeks.
For offboarding, partners must provide Trio 45 days' notice for 3+ Engineers and 30 days for 1-2 Engineers.
Yes, you can! All you need to do is notify your Trio partner manager about the bonus, who you wish to give it to, and the amount. We will adjust the next invoice to reflect this bonus, and it will pass through directly to the Trio engineer.
