What Is The Buddy?

A Buddy is a colleague or coworker who serves as a mentor or guide to a newer Trioneer.

Their role is to provide support, answer questions, and help the new contractor become acclimated to their new work environment. The Buddy may offer advice on company culture, and help the new team member navigate workplace policies and procedures.

Buddies serve as friendly guides, helping new hires navigate the company's culture, offering support, and accelerating their learning curve. They facilitate networking, reduce stress, and enhance engagement, all while contributing to improved job performance and higher retention rates. In essence, buddies play a crucial role in creating a positive onboarding experience that benefits both the individual and the organization.

What Are the Main Buddy's Responsibilities?
